Attached the revised schematics. The loop construct in section 4 still needs a terminating condition, otherwise the mill runs indefinitely, which I suspect you will find poetic and the operators will not.
I have also marked where the variable cards should be re-ordered. Let me know if Thursday still works to go over it in person.

Messages between members are encrypted on your device before they leave it. Keys never touch our servers in a form we can use.
Zero-access storage
Everything in your mailbox is encrypted with keys only you hold. If we are ever compelled to hand over your inbox, we hand over ciphertext.

We are funded by members, not advertisers. We do not scan, profile, or sell anything about you, because we cannot see it in the first place.
Aliases and hide-my-email
Generate disposable addresses for every service you sign up for. When one starts leaking spam, turn it off. The rest keep working.
Your own domain
Bring a custom domain and use it across your whole household or team. Catch-all addresses, DKIM, DMARC and SPF are handled for you.
Hardware key sign-in
Protect your account with FIDO2 security keys or passkeys. Sessions are pinned to verified devices and can be revoked remotely.
Security
Privacy you can verify, not just believe.
Trust is a poor substitute for cryptography. Our security model is designed so that the honest answer to “can you read my mail?” is no, and stays that way regardless of who is asking.
Encrypted by default
OpenPGP under the hood, with modern curve25519 keys. Mail to other members is end-to-end encrypted automatically. Mail to everyone else can be password-protected and set to expire.
Open standards, open clients
IMAP and SMTP via the local Bridge, so you can keep using the mail client you already like. Our apps are published under an open licence and are independently audited.
Metadata minimised
We do not log IP addresses by default, subjects are encrypted at rest, and we keep only what is strictly needed to deliver your mail.

We grow slowly on purpose. A smaller, vouched-for community keeps abuse low, keeps our deliverability reputation spotless, and keeps us from ever needing to sell anyone’s attention to pay the bills.
A member vouches for you
Every account on ElectronMail was created by invitation from an existing member. There is no waitlist, no form, and no way to buy your way in.
You generate your keys
On first sign-in your device creates your encryption keys. We never see the private half, and we cannot recover it for you. Write down your recovery phrase.
You get invitations of your own
After 90 days in good standing, members receive a small number of invitations each year to extend to people they trust.
